Dr. Fallahi M.D. completed his undergraduate work at the University of Michigan – Ann Arbor and received his Doctor of Medicine degree with honors from Wayne State University. He is Board Certified in Orthopedic Surgery and fellowship-trained, receiving additional training and experience at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, IL, and the Christine M. Kleinert Institute for Hand and Microsurgery in conjunction with the University of Louisville.

Dr. Fallahi specializes in microsurgery procedures involving the elbow, wrist, and hand. A Michigan native, Dr. Fallahi, his wife Dania, and their two daughters reside in Franklin, MI.
